OneLink BPO achieves a triple ISO Certification.

Latin America, December 18th, 2019 – OneLink BPO, was awarded the quality, environment, health & safety triple certification. The leading and rapidly growing provider of contact center services in the Americas is proud to announce that they achieved the ISO: NTC 14001 (2015), OHSAS 18001 (2007) and NTC 45001 (2018).

NTC ISO 14001: An Environmental Management System in which the company must comply with the requirements established by this standard and thus guarantee that their activity is carried out respecting the environment.
OHSAS 18001:An Occupational Health and Safety Management System that helps protect the company and its employees. OHSAS 18001 is an internationally accepted specification that defines the requirements for the establishment, implementation and operation of an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
NTC ISO 45001: It is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system (in English: OH&S, in Spanish SST) and provides indications for its use, to allow organizations to provide safe and healthy jobs, prevent accidents in the work and health problems, in addition to improving OSH proactively.
