OneLink BPO, “The Contact Center with a Smile”, celebrates its 10,000 Incredybles’® Milestone

This is a very special year for OneLink. We are celebrating 10k Incredybles® in just 6 years of operations! Our story began in 2013 in El Salvador and Colombia with 1,300 Incredybles®. Our people and culture of happiness have led us to build 42 partner relationships and 10,000 new jobs opportunities to date. We believe in driving results through happiness as the hallmark of our workplace environment. This approach runs company wide, from our frontlines in our multi-shored operations to our management team. The strategy has proven to be effective in providing Best in Class customer experience to some of the world’s biggest and best known brands, making OneLink one of the few contact centers in the region with a compounded annual growth rate of 38%. As an organization, we challenge ourselves to drive innovation to clients’ processes and services. We also believe in the importance of making a difference in the communities where we operate.

Key Milestones:
• 2014 – OneLink launched new operations in Guatemala and Nicaragua, adding 700 Incredybles® to the OneLink family.
• 2015 – Operations in Central America started to grow rapidly, expanding to a second building in El Salvador and Guatemala. We expanded our services portfolio to Finance and Accounting through a strategic alliance with Pepsi Latin America. Through organic growth and new client relationships our headcount grew to 4,200 employees.
• 2016 – OneLink opened our second site in Medellin, Colombia, expanding our headcount to 5,200. We implemented our virtual learning tool and acquired social media capabilities to expand our digital footprint.
• 2017 – We continued to increase our geographies by opening our first site in Bogota, Colombia, adding 800 more Incredybles® to our family. We invested in Robotic Process Automation to further our competitiveness and to simplify repetitive processes for our Incredybles®.
• 2018 – We opened operations in Obregon, Mexico. Colombia kept growing, and we opened a third building in Medellin, increasing our headcount to 9,000 employees.
• 2019 – This year OneLink reached 10K Incredybles® and 42 client relationships. Continued growth required us to open two new additional facilities in Bogota. We structured our digital team to further enhance our capacities to provide chatbots, artificial intelligence and self service solutions.

It’s hard to believe that it has only been six years since we started this adventure, which thanks to our team has been without a doubt a huge success. We are now 10K Incredybles® working together to continue making history.
