OneLink, as part of its strategy of consolidation in the Contact Center industry in Latin America, buys the shares of Avianca Holdings in the company Getcom.
After 5 years of a successful alliance between OneLink and Avianca, Avianca made the decision to focus on the core of its business and put its shares up for sale in several of the subsidiary companies that provide services to the airline including Getcom, one of the companies that manages the contact center. Getcom grew with Avianca managing more than 60 lines of business; it has been a pride to accompany the airline on this trip. In addition to this transaction and due to the excellent results, the service contract is renewed for 10 more years.
